Who is cohorrt for?

This environment was built for experienced senior leaders of Executive or Director level now working independently. If you work with one or more businesses, embedded but not employed, and you are hands on. You are not just planning or advising you are DOING! You might call yourself fractional, NED, portfolio or on demand. Your title doesn't matter, your attitude does.

Do I have to be really active in the community?

No — and that’s the beauty of Cohorrt. You get to build your own version from within, whether you lurk, lean in, or land somewhere in between.

You can participate as much or as little as you wish. There’s no forced attendance, no pressure to show up everywhere, and no expectation that you have to be “always on”.

What happens after I apply?

Every application is personally reviewed, because Cohorrt is curated for quality.

Successful applicants will either receive a membership invitation or an invitation to an open day event.

Am I tied in?

No. There’s no long-term contract.

The only agreement we ask members to sign is our Fair Play Agreement. This simply sets out what you can expect from Cohorrt, and what we expect from members so the community stays useful, respectful and genuinely valuable.

If someone doesn’t meet those standards, we’ll always aim to handle it fairly, with a warning before removal. But hopefully, it never comes to that.

You’re free to be part of other platforms, networks and organisations. We don’t demand exclusivity, we don’t take percentage fees from the work you win, and we don’t force you to attend anything.

Pathways are available on monthly, quarterly or annual terms, and you can cancel up to 48 hours before your next billing date
